Fox has told NObama where to to go, GOOD FOR THEM! I may or may not watch Fox tomorrow night, BUT, my television set WILL be on and tuned in to them. I would hope that every conservative in the country does the same. It's the least we can do to show our appreciation. Here's the link for a great story!

Average American Speaks at Tea Party

This is the speech I gave for the Berlin, New Hampshire Tax Day Tea Party on April 15th, 2009. For a small town, we didn't do to badly, we had 75 to 80 people in attendence and a lot of honking horns from passing vehicles. We got a picture, but no write-up in the local paper. This was sort of a last minute affair and I was just hoping for at least 2 to 3 dozen people, so I was happy. My neighbor was supposed to have pictures for me, but I couldn't wait any longer to post this. Maybe I'll add them later if I ever get them. Below, at the very bottom, is the front page picture from the local paper. I know the paper doesn't show 75 people, but there were a lot out of the camera's view. I personally handcounted 75 and a few had to leave early. Click on it for a full page view with the caption underneath.




Good afternoon and welcome to the Berlin New Hampshire tea party. Many of you are probably wondering, "what am I doing here?" "Can we actually make a difference by doing this?""Why a Tea Party?" Let me try to answer these questions, starting with the last one first.

Why a tea party?

Remember back in school learning about the Boston Tea Party? Our founding fathers had major problems with England back in the 1760’s and 1770’s. Our mother country was insisting on taxing us, but did not give us any representation back in England. To make a long story short, in 1773, there were 7 British ships loaded with tea waiting to be unloaded. Charlestown, Philadelphia, and New York each refused to accept the shipments and turned their ships around to head back to England, unloaded. Four ships scheduled to leave their cargo in Boston were detained for over 2 weeks. On Dec 16th, 1773, approximately 7,000 patriots held a meeting to air their grievences. Things got heated and 130 to 180 men left that meeting and proceeded to the harbor where they ceremoniously dumped 342 chests of tea into the harbor. It took a while longer for the actual armed revolution to arrive, but this one incident was the Birth, or maybe conception would be more accurate, of the United States of America as we know it.

Is there a correlation between then and now? Yes, I believe there is. In 1773, there was definitely taxation without representation, but so is there today. The mountains of debt being created today will be left for many generations to pay. Many, if not most, of the people who will be stuck paying this debt ARE NOT EVEN BORN YET!! I stand here representing my great grandchildren and proclaim on their behalf, "NO TAXATION WITHOUT REPRESENTATION!!"

Can we actually make a difference?

Well, I think we can or I would not be wasting my time here. We will see shortly how much news attention we get from this. Bear in mind that there are well over 1000 of these parties going on tonight plus many have already been held. I feel absolutely positive that if we have decent turnouts, especially in the bigger cities, some politicians will listen. They don't ALL have to listen, only enough to make a difference. As the temporary resident of the White House has said many times, "yes we can!" I very much appreciate all of you for being here and I would like to ask you to do a couple of more very important things. Mail a tea bag, or an empty one, or a picture of one to the President and our representatives and our senators. Don’t be afraid to add a short note and if you have youngsters, maybe you could have THEM draw the picture of a tea bag. Let the unrepresented have their say. The other thing I ask of you is to start making pests of yourselves. Call, write, or e-mail these people on every single issue that comes up. Get 10, or even more, of your friends to do the same! Make them aware of how many of us are finally watching them. Let them know we are awake, we will be staying awake, and we are REALLY PISSED-OFF!

What am I doing here?

I expect that many are here for the same reason I am. I am sick and tired of our representatives sticking their hands deep down in my pockets and then spending my hard-earned money like drunken sailors. I think it was atrocious for them to spend $700 BILLION to bailout the banks and auto manufacturers. I deplore them passing a $787 BILLION stimulus package full of bullshit give-a-ways and pork-barrel projects, without even taking the time to read the package they were signing their names to! I can’t believe how badly they screwed up those bailouts and then pointing fingers at everyone and everything but themselves for it. Several banks are actually trying to give back their bailout money and our treasury is refusing to accept it or dragging their feet on accepting it. What is up with that? Since when did the POTUS get the right to manage private companies? When did he get the right to hire or fire employees for these companies? And now they are about to pass a $3.7 TRILLION, yes you heard that right, TRILLION dollar budget. That is almost 50% higher than any budget in history. That will not be our money, not our kids money, not even our grandkids money. That money will have to be paid back by great-great grandkids. Do we want to put that debt on our UNBORN offspring? I do NOT!

Now here's a suggestion on where they might want to start saving some cash. I’m sick and tired of those same politicians ignoring the 67% of Americans who are DEMANDING that they do something about our porous borders. They refer to “12 million” illegals being here. It used to be “12 to 20 million” and that was years ago. My bet is that the number is now closer to 30 million, or about 10% of the country. That is 10% mostly not paying taxes, BUT using at least 10% of our services. Send every illegal alien back home where they belong and automatically cut at least 10% right off the top of government expenses, and therefore taxes needed, and cut our unemployment in half at the same time. Want to stimulate the economy, get the people out of here that don’t belong here.

The Latest Leftist Lunacy



File this one under "I thought I'd seen it all!" The State of Maine will be voting on whether or not to allow "noncitizen residents" the right to VOTE in their municipal elections. Now, I'm thinking there HAS to be something illegal about this plot, there just has to be. I think the people behind this effort believe they are only talking about LEGAL noncitizens, but who is going to make sure that a person is legal (can't racially profile them, now can we) when they pop in to cast their vote for, as example, a much bigger school budget because they have 17 kids? How about enough Muslims move into a community and decide they want Sharia law? The sky would be the limit. Very dangerous waters here my friends! Here's the link to check it out for yourselves.

Keep an eye on this new nonsense. If the dummycrats over there in Maine are successful, you can bet this shit will spread like wildfire! I would also bet that this crap is heading toward a country we all hold dear too, America. But wait, doesn't the United States Constitution have something to say about this? Why, yes, I believe it does. Yes, here it is, AMENDMENT XIV;
Section 1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside. No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States. By watering down my vote with votes of noncitizens, my rights have been "abridged", or lessened. We shouldn't even have to be defending against shit like this. What more stupid insanity will the leftards dream up? Will I EVER be able to stop saying "I thought I'd seen it all?" Will the leftard's "roosters EVER come home to roost?"

TEA PARTY in Berlin New Hampshire


Attention all Great North Woods citizens! There will be a tea party in Berlin on April 15th at 5p.m. It will be held in the park across the street from the IGA, between Glen Ave and Pleasant Street. Bring your family, your friends, and your TEABAGS! We are expecting the Berlin Daily Sun and possibly other media to attend so it would be real nice to have a great showing. Take an hour or so out of your busy schedule to show our politicians---from BOTH parties---just how p--ssed off we are! Enough is enough already! Get your hands OUT of our pockets and show some fiscal disipline. For those south of the notches, I have heard of another party in North Conway, but I have no details at this time. SEE YOU WEDNESDAY!!

ACORN to Play Role in 2010 Census




The following story is from Fox News on March 18, 2009. I am very surprised that this is the first I heard of it, although I guessed it would happen way back when NObama took the power for the Census away from the Commerce Secretary, which lead Senator Gregg to "flip him off!"

The U.S. Census Bureau is working with several national organizations to help recruit 1.4 million workers to produce the country's 2010 census, including one with a history of voter fraud charges: ACORN.

The U.S. Census is supposed to be free of politics, but one group with a history of voter fraud, ACORN, is participating in next year's count, raising concerns about the politicization of the decennial survey.

The Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now signed on as a national partner with the U.S. Census Bureau in February 2009 to assist with the recruitment of the 1.4 million temporary workers needed to go door-to-door to count every person in the United States -- currently believed to be more than 306 million people.

A U.S. Census "sell sheet," an advertisement used to recruit national partners, says partnerships with groups like ACORN "play an important role in making the 2010 Census successful," including by "help[ing] recruit census workers."

The bureau is currently employing help from more than 250 national partners, including TARGET and the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP), to assist in the hiring effort.

But ACORN's partnership with the 2010 Census is worrisome to lawmakers who say past allegations of fraud should raise concerns about the organization.

"It's a concern, especially when you look at all the different charges of voter fraud. And it's not just the lawmakers' concern. It should be the concern of every citizen in the country," Rep. Lynn A. Westmoreland, R-Ga., vice ranking member of the subcommittee for the U.S. Census, told FOXNews.com. "We want an enumeration. We don't want to have any false numbers."

ACORN, which claims to be a non-partisan grassroots community organization of low- and moderate-income people, came under fire in 2007 when Washington State filed felony charges against several paid ACORN employees and supervisors for more than 1,700 fraudulent voter registrations. In March 2008, an ACORN worker in Pennsylvania was sentenced for making 29 phony voter registration forms. The group's activities were frequently questioned in the 2008 presidential election.

ACORN spokesman Scott Levenson told FOXNews.com that "ACORN as an organization has not been charged with any crime." He added that fears that the organization will unfairly influence the census are unfounded.

"It will be the Census Bureau that determines the role and scope of its 300 national partners. ACORN is committed to a fair and accurate count," Levenson said.

The census is an official count of the country's population mandated by the U.S. Constitution. It is used to determine distribution of taxpayer money through grants and appropriations and the apportionment of the 435 seats in the House of Representatives. Every U.S. household unit, including those occupied by non-citizens and illegal immigrants, must be counted.

Westmoreland and Rep. Jason Chaffetz, R-Utah, a member of the House census subcommittee, said the panel has held hearings to make sure the penalties for census takers committing fraud are clearly defined.

"I feel fairly confident that the penalties for an individual manipulating the count are pretty severe," Chaffetz said. The penalty for any fraudulent activity can be up to five years in jail.

Westmoreland said he hopes the Census Bureau will maintain its measures to ensure an accurate report.

"I feel comfortable right now with the people at the census department that they're going to put forth their best effort to have a fair count," he said.

The U.S. Census Bureau has refuted any suggestions that ACORN or any other groups will fraudulently and unduly influence the results of the census.

"The Census (Bureau) is a nonpartisan, non-political agency and we're very dedicated to an accurate account," bureau spokesman Stephen Buckner told FOXNews.com. "We have a lot of quality controls in place to keep any kind of systemic error or fraudulent behavior to affect the counts."

Buckner said the bureau received an overwhelming number of qualified applicants -- more than 1 million -- for the 140,000 census taker jobs filled to complete the first phase of the effort. Each applicant, he said, must take a basic skills exam, which includes reading a map and entering data into a handheld computer. Applicants are also subject to an FBI background check, he said.

But Buckner acknowledged that it is difficult to track an applicant's political background.

"I have no way of tracking any of that information," he said. "If somebody comes in to a position with a political agenda and their work exhibits that, there are rules against that," he said.

Buckner stressed the need for organizations like ACORN to assist in the effort, saying that "any group that has a grassroots organization that can help get the word out that we have jobs" is helpful.

In 2000, the U.S. Census Bureau had 140,000 partnerships from "national organizations to local and community organizations to elected officials," he said. "The list is as broad as the phone book."


So here's one more reason to deport our 20 million unwelcomed illegal aliens, feeding them our hard earned tax money is and has been all along, a planned event! On top of that, why should states that pander to them get more legislative clout than states that don't?

There may be a five year jail term as penalty for fraudulently padding the numbers, but how much would you like to bet that no one will ever see it. Just like the voter registration fiasco. See how well THAT worked out. The FBI checks are the ONLY positive thing I can see in this whole mess, IF they actually get done, that is. I STILL question whether or not they ever even looked into our most illustrious leader. I rather doubt it!
